October 10 2005, 7:00 AM
MB1 Suspension, an industry leader in motocross suspension, announces a new rider support program available through MXSponsor.com; the fast and easy way to get sponsored in the motocross industry. MB1 is based out of Corona, CA, and is the suspension service provider for Subway Honda Coca Cola Racing Team, Team ECC, Team WBR, and Ryan Hughes. MB1 was established in 2004 by former Factory Team Honda Showa Suspension expert Mike Battista, to provide quality suspension services and components to the motocross industry.
Mike Battista’s background with Showa R&D and Factory Honda was MB1s’ foundation before working with riders such as Ricky Carmichael, Jeremy McGrath, Kevin Windham, Mike LaRocco, Ryan Hughes, Nathan Ramsey, Ezra Lusk, Ernesto Fonseca, Steve Lamson, Mickael Pichon, Sebastian Tortelli and others. Mike won 4 AMA Supercross and Motocross National Championships while working with Ricky Carmichael in 2002 and 2003 at Team Honda.
“Suspension is key to every riders’ success and makes all the difference in the world in your lap times and race results” said Rich Maychrich, Founder of MXSponsor.com. “The most powerful motor means absolutely nothing if your machine cannot handle the course and put the power to the ground. MB1 is a leader in motocross suspension, and we are thrilled to have them on our program.”
“We are excited about working with MXSponsor.com to help racers across the country put more wins on the board” says owner Mike Battista. “We are offering several sponsorship levels to fit the needs of hundreds of riders at every skill level. We look forward to reviewing the resumes on MXSponsor.com.”
